1. Carefully lay carton on its
side. Remove tape from
one end and open flaps.
2. Lift carton back to upright
position onto the opened
part of the carton. Lift
carton to remove.
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for
inner carton.
4. Remove Black Drain Pipe
from top of styrofoam and
set aside for installation.
5. Remove top and bottom
styrofoam pieces and
additional cardboard
pieces.
6. Remove Cup Holder
from inside of cardboard
and carefully insert
Cup Holder into Wash
Chamber, ensuring that
three hollow bosses (on
bottom of Cup Holder)
rest on three matching
posts in Wash Chamber.
1. Carefully place
SmartServe™ onto
countertop.
2. SmartServe™ must be
bolted to countertop
using provided Stability
Brackets attached to the
back of the equipment.
Follow instructions
below for securing to
countertop with bolts,
washers, and nuts.
3. Attach a standard 1/4”
OD semi-rigid water line
for rinsing.
4. Insert drain connection
using supplied Black
Drain Pipe, or standard
3/4” PVC pipe and
fittings. Standard PVC
glue should be used
to ensure there are no
leaks.
If using stainless steel cap bolts:
Minimum – M5 (.8) or #10-32 stainless steel
cap bolts of appropriate length, appropriate flat
washers below bolt head and below countertop,
nuts
Recommended – M6 (1.0) or 1/4-20 stainless steel
cap bolts of appropriate length, appropriate flat
washers below bolt head and below countertop,
nuts
