Troubleshooting
UTSR1
My Halcro Logic UTSR1 is
not working. Make sure the provided
rechargeable batteries
are inserted with correct
polarity and are fully
charged.
Try pressing the Reset
button inside the battery
compartment. (Refer to
page 9 for details)
I have installed a code
but the remote is not
working or only partly
works with my device. Try another code
available on the code list
or go through the Auto
Search to locate
another possible code.
OR use the Learning
function. (Refer to page
10 for details)
I have copied my original
remote to Halcro Logic
UTSR1 but found that
some commands only
work occasionally. Your original remote
may carry dual signal
commands. (Refer to
page 11 for details)
I cannot move a key to
another location. Make sure the selected
key type is identical. You
cannot exchange key
position with different
key type. (Refer to page
14 for details)
How can I restore my
factory setting? (Refer to page 16 for
details)
How can I prevent
someone from editing or
changing the settings? Activate the Password
function to lock your
remote. (Refer to page
16 for details)
I have forgotten my
password. The factory preloaded
password is AAAAA
The backlight of the LCD
is not working. Make sure you have
selected either By
Sensor or Always On in
the Remote Setting
