Foreword
You have made a good selection with the HABEGGER HIT wire rope hoist.
Perhaps you already know how your newly acquired rope pulling machine works.
Nonetheless, we would like to make the following recommendations:
Read these operating instructions carefully prior to starting up the machine for the first time! It contains
all necessary information to help you avoid accidents and injuries, to reduce repair costs, and to
increase the serviceable life of your rope pulling machine.
Always keep these operating instructions on site with the wire rope hoist, and make sure that every
person who operates the machine reads and observes the instructions. The manual must be readily
accessible to all persons operating the machine in order to avoid operating errors.
In addition to the operating instructions and the binding regulations on accident prevention prevalent in
the country of use and at the work site, the acknowledged technical rules for working safely and
properly should be observed.
We hope your work with this HABEGGER product will be enjoyable and successful.
