6. Shape the ends of the wing spars at the wing tip as shown, then glue into position the wing rib E9.
7. Next turn the wing over and install the
aileron servo cover.
8. Use a pencil to mark the centre line of the wing
spar as shown and drill a 3mm hole in the
position shown. Install the metal fittings using
the supplied screws and nylon insert nuts.
9. Bend the 4mm stainless steel to form the
wing tips and the tips of the ailerons. Once
again glue the tips using epoxy glue and
then add some fiber cloth soaked in epoxy
to reinforce the joints.
