Thank you for choosing this HEYNER® child car seat. When developing our child car seats,
safety, comfort and user-friendliness are most important to us. The manufacturing takes place
under strict quality controls and meets the highest safety requirements.
Please take suffi cient time to read and understand these instructions carefully. Only if the seat
is correctly installed, maximum safety and comfort can be achieved.
Please always keep the installation instructions in the storage compartment (FG) at the back of
the seat.
NOTE: Because of country-specifi c requirements the product features may diff er.
The recommendation of the vehicle manufacturer must be followed.
1. Safety Instructions
The HEYNER® MaxiProtect AERO child car seat is tested and approved under the European
Standard for Child Restraint Systems ECE 44/04. You will fi nd the certifi cation mark with the
registration number on the back of the seat, see orange label.
The approval loses its validity, if you make any changes to the seat. This could reduce the safety
or totally take it away.
Please check if the seat is approved for your car before use! Install this child restraint system is
not to be used on a vehicle seat with an airbag activated.
The HEYNER® MaxiProtect AERO must neither be used as a seat nor as a toy in your household.
In case of any other usage there is a danger of injury.
Please take suffi cient time to install the seat in your car, as it is described in this manual.
DO NOT use the child seat if it is damaged or if parts are missing. Do not use second hand
products, were it‘s history is unknown to you. Some seat parts may be missing or might be
damaged.
