a)
Screw the base legs B to the frame A.
b)
Attach the ends to the sides of the legs.
c)
Install the foot press arms D and screw the foot press
C to the frame A.
d) Screw the adjustment rail E on both sides of the
frame A. Make sure the grooves in both rails are
parallel to each other.
a) Screw the seat mounting brackets H and to the
frame F.
b)
Screw the adjustment rod G to the frame F.
c)
Screw the adjustment bracket I to the seat mounting
brackets H and then to the frame A.
d)
Screw on the seat [2] and then the backrest [1].+
a)
Screw the base leg [1] to the frame [3] using the
mounting bracket [2] at the end of the frame.
b)
Screw the other unit leg [4] to the other end of the
frame.

Screw the rails for adjusting the backrest angle [5] to
the device frame.
a)
Screw the seat bracket [6] to the device frame.
b)
Screw the back rest supports [8] to the seat bracket.
c)
After installing the supports, screw in the seat [7] and
backrest [9].
a)
Screw on the foot press [11] in the places designated
under the seat [12] and then attach the foam[13].
a)
Screw the leg support bracket [1] to the base leg [2].
b)
Use screws to secure the seat support [3] and the
backrest supports [4] in the unit frame [5].
c)
Guide the backrest angle adjustment rod [7] between
the backrest supports and the clamp [6].
d)
Screw the other base leg [8] to the other end of the
unit frame.
a)
At the back of the backrest, at the designated place,
screw in the backrest angle adjustment bar [10].

3.3.1. FOR MODEL GR-TB 53:
a)
Screw in:
•
the foot press [9] to the front frame of the unit [10],
•
attach the seat [11] to the seat bracket,
•
the leg rest [12] to the rest support [13],
•
backrest [14] to the backrest support.

3.4. WORKING WITH THE UNIT
CAUTION: Before exercising on the exercise bench, inspect
it for damage, tighten the bolts (if necessary), and wipe
down the backrest and other parts that come in contact
with the body (such as the handles) to avoid slipping body
parts.
3.4.1. ADJUSTING THE BACKREST ANGLE:
a)
Remove the adjustment rod from the groove in the
adjustment rail.
b)
Insert the rod into the groove corresponding to the
desired angle.
FOR MODEL GR-TB 54:
a)
Loosen the clamp screw on the adjustment rail at the
back of the backrest and adjust the angle. When the
desired angle is reached, tighten the clamp screw.
