Disk Assembly and Replacement
● Put the main switch over to OFF.
● Unplug the machine.
● Put the saw head in the upper position.
● Open the protection lids (Fig. 4/A).
● Loosen the saw spindle inner hexagon screw M8.
● Remove the saw disk.
● Carefully clean the spindle and the saw flange.
● Assembly shall be done in reverse sequence. Mind the disk
rotation directions. Make sure that the saw disk is aligned in
parallel with the spindle flange. Check the cutting depth set-
up. Remember to close the protection lid.
Advance of Saw
The saw advance is manually controlled. The saw disk is carefully lowered to the piece and conducted
through it with care. Excessive cutting force may result in breaking the disk.
With the cutting force too small, the disk gets blunt easily.
Cutting Speed
Cutting speed is selected by the switch (Fig. 5/A).
Available are cutting speeds as follows:
CS-375 LT > speed in position 1: 18.5 m/min in position 2: 37
CS-315HT > speed in position 1: 37 m/min in position 2: 74
CS-300LT > speed in position 1: 20.5 m/min in position 2: 41
CS-315HT > speed in position 1: 41 m/min in position 2: 82
Cutting speed of every material is specific. See below for information on
some materials.
18,5 & 20,5 m/min
> alloyed steel, e.g. stainless steel
37 & 41 m/min > normal steel
41 & 82 m/min > non-metal material
