 When putting the machine on, check to see that the disk does not sit on the piece to be worked.
 Always have the machined installed by a specialist.
 Always run the machine equipped with a stray current protection (FI)!
5. Installation
Installation and Assembly
 Unpack the machine.
 Determine the area of the machine installation. Take the ma-
terial intake and output, optional accessories, maintenance
and repairs into account.
 Remove the plastic plug from the saw head (Fig. 1/B). If nec-
essary, M20 DIN 580 lifting hook may be screwed in the hole.
 Position the saw – using a hoist of circumstances demand so
– on the machine stand (back cover) and fix the components
to each other.
 Fix the machine to the floor.
Any required holes in the machine stand have been pre-
bored.
 Screw the handle on the saw head and fasten with a safety
nut (Fig. 1/A).
 Install a jig in the clamping jaw.

Slide a plastic tube from the cooling fluid pump onto the cock
situated on the upper side of the saw protection cover (Fig.
2/A).
 Check the oil gauge on the saw head to see that there is
sufficient amount of oil. If necessary, replenish the oil.
 Fit the cover onto the rear side of the machine stand.
 Fit the disk (see p. 9).
