WIRELESS ELECTRIC SHUTOFF
Description
:
To convert the electric shutoff to a wireless
version, the standard interconnect cable is
replaced with the Wireless Tx/Rx Assembly.
The interconnect socket on the shutoff is
compatible with both the interconnect cable and
the Wireless Tx/Rx. Either interconnect option is
available and can plug into the electric shutoff.
In some cases a wireless version of the shutoff
device may be required. If this is the case, the
Wireless Tx/Rx Assembly is required to shut off
the stove. (See
FIGURE 24 and 25
)
Reset Stove
1. The electric stove shutoff unit may be reset by
locating the circuit breaker supplying power to the
stove and turning it off and then back on, or
2. Momentarily unplugging the shutoff from the wall
outlet and plugging it back in.
NOTE: Method two (2) requires the stove circuit
breaker to be in the “ON” position. Method one
(1) is preferable since the stove does not need to
be
moved.
