Drill (6) 3/8" diameter holes equally spaced as shown above for top band clips.  Attach clips using 5/16" x
3/4" bin bolts.  Add perforated band sections.  Note that these do not attach to the leveling bands but hang down
on the inside of the top inner leveling band.
