Programming recordings by entering the data for
the television programme
Notes:
You can store the television programme on a disc or in the HDD
archive.
The time and date on the HDD DVD recorder must be accurate.
If all the timer positions are occupied and you want to program
a new recording you must delete one, as described in the sec-
tion on deleting recording data on page 74.
Preparation
Switch on the television.
Select the »AV« channel on the television for the HDD DVD
recorder.
Insert a DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R or DVD-RW in the disc compart-
ment.
When you switch on the HDD DVD recorder, the current pro-
gramme that you can see on the television screen is recorded in the
time shift memory.

Recording from a DVB receiver
If you want to record programmes from a connected DVB
receiver, press »

« to select the »EURO-AV 2«
channel, and select the TV station on the DVB receiver. The DVB
receiver must be switched on at the selected recording time and
for the duration of the timer recording.
