Application
Prod. no. 36 111:
Single-hole mixer suitable for:
• Direct connection to cold water supply
• Connection to outlet of mixed water supply
Prod. no. 36 109 and 36 110:
Can be used in conjunction with:
• Pressurised storage heaters
• Thermally controlled instantaneous heaters
• Hydraulically controlled instantaneous heaters
Operation with unpressurised storage heaters (displacement
water heaters) is
not possible.

• Operating pressure max. 10 bar
• Test pressure 16 bar
If static pressure is greater than 5 bar,
fit a pressure-reducing valve.
• Flow rate at 3 bar flow pressure
approx. 6 l/min.
• Infinitely variable running time from 5 - 40 s
(factory setting: 15 s)

Note
Avoid major pressure differences between hot and

Installation

Flush piping system prior and after installation of fitting
thoroughly
(Consider EN 806) !
Refer to the dimensional drawings on fold-out page I.
Connection
Screw adapter together with seal onto the service valve.
In order to ensure permanent, trouble-free operation,
installation of the enclosed adapter with dirt strainer and
non-return valve is mandatory.
Open hot and cold water supply and check connections
for leakage.
Operation

Maintenance

Assemble in reverse order.
Setting
, see Figs. [12 - 16].
Setting the water flow time , see Figs. [12] and [13].
• Align toothed disc (A), see Fig. [12].
• Attach pushbutton cap (B), ensuring that toothed disc (A) is
still free to turn.
Adjustment of water flow time is infinitely variable
from 5 - 40 s (2.5 s for one complete rotation).
Setting the desired maximum temperature , see Figs. [12]
and [14] to [16].
• Align toothed disc (A), see Fig. [12].
• Attach pushbutton cap (B) and set the desired maximum
temperature, see Fig. [14].
• Remove pushbutton cap (B).
• Mark toothed disc (A) level with left stop (C), see Fig. [15].
• Realign toothed disc (A), see Fig. [16].
Assemble in reverse order.
