The activation of the irreversible temperature sticker is indication that the pellets
inlet pipe of the burner has been overheated. The original condition of the sticker
can’t be restored. It is necessary to determine the cause for its activation, to
perform the relevant corrective measures and after that to replace the sticker with
new one – to be performed by a servicing technician. The activation of this sticker
might occur in cases of increased resistances in the chimney tract or decreased
chimney draught, as well as by presence of hot flue gasses in the flexible pipe
between the auger and the burner’s main module. Such situations are considered
as emergencies and are not covered by the burner’s warranty.
6.9.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF A PELLET BURNER FROM SERIES “GP XX
SC”.
The automatic cleaning system of a pellet burner from series “GP xx sc” includes self-
cleaning mechanism consisting of:
Moving grate mechanism;
Actuator that provides motion to the moving grate mechanism;
PC board that controls the actuator.

The automatic cleaning of the pellet burner is performed through a designed algorithm. It
activates when:
The burner has been started, after final combustion;
The burner has been stopped, including when the assigned circulations water
temperature has been reached;
The burner is normally operating, after defined intervals of time.
The adjustment of the automatic cleaning system of a pellet burner from series
“GP xx sc” must be performed by a certified staff.
