VRF Service Manual

Installation of outdoor unit

Select the installing position correctly.
Build the foundation according to the anchor bolt
position and the dimension of outdoor unit;
Build the damping device properly.
Avoid sharp knock when handling the outdoor unit. The
inclination angle shall not be higher than 15°

Connection of indoor unit and outdoor unit

Tighten the nuts;
Provide proper protection to the outdoor connection
pipe, communication wires and power supply.

Leakage detection under pressure

.HHSWKHSUHVVXUHIRUKRXUV([FHSWIRUWKHLQÀXHQFHE\WHPSHUDWXUH

it is deemed acceptable if pressure drop is within 0.02MPa. (With the
temperature change by 1 , the pressure will change by approx. 0.01MPa).

Vacuuming

Establish vacuum simultaneously in the gas pipe and liquid pipe;
The vacuuming time shall be long enough.
Put still for 1 hour after vacuuming. It is deemed
acceptable if the pressure will not rise.

Add refrigerant
