welding process, do
not let the flame burn
out other parts
Removal operation of gas liquid separator
Remark: Before removing the gas liquid separator, please make sure that there’s no refrigerant inside the pipeline of
system and disconnect the power

Operation Instruction
1.Disconnect
inlet pipe and
exit pipe of gas
liquid separator
Weld those two
connection spots on
the gas liquid
separator and then
pull out the
connection pipe
Note: During welding
process, do not let
flame burn out other
parts
2. Replace gas
liquid separator
Loose 4 screws
with screwdriver
Replace gas lliquid
separator
