a) The machine will not start
1) Electric power connection not correct.
2) Safety switches not positioned correctly.
3) Emergency buttons pressed.
4) Thermal cut-out released.
b) The machine does not work correctly
1) Blade not fitted.
2) Blade not sharp enough.
3) Blade position not correct.
4) Blade holder knobs not tightened properly.
5) Stripper roller damaged.
6) Product not suitable for processing (cut badly, frozen, dry).
7) Distance between stripper roller and blade holder not correct.
c) Patches of product not removed
1) Blade not fitted correctly.
2) Rubber roller not of appropriate type.
3) Rubber roller height not correct.
4) Pressure exerted by rubber roller on product not correct.
