Packaging description
Transport
The machine is secured to a special pallet with bolts and pro-
tected with clear packaging film and cardboard.
Open the cardboard box and remove the film.
Make sure that all machine parts, including any accessories,
have been supplied and are undamaged.
Dispose of the packaging material in accordance with cur-
rent regulations.
Use a forklift or a pallet truck to carry the machine.
Before transporting the machine, make sure that:
- the transport device is able to withstand the load (see techni-
cal data of the machine)
- the machine is stable on the forks
- the adjacent area is clear of obstacles, persons or animals that
may create dangerous situations
Remove the machine from the pallet by taking out the screws
that secure it to the pallet itself. Lift the machine by inserting the
forks of the forklift in the area indicated in the figure.
Place the machine in the designated work area.
Before conducting any movement, always check whether the machine is sta-
ble and make sure the area where the movement is conducted is clear of ob-
stacles such as objects, animals or persons.
Positioning
Provide for a work area large enough to perform all the manoeuvres safely (see technical data).
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO INSTALL THE MACHINE ON A SLANTING FLOOR
Once the machine is positioned correctlt, it must be locked using the
braking device on the two tourning wheels of the machine.
