OPERATIONS TO BE DONE BEFORE STARTING THE WORK SHIFT
1. Apply a sterilising agent onto all surfaces that come into contact with product. Use a kind of
sterilising agent able to kill germs in contact and compliant with food sector standards.
Parts recommended to be sterilised: see Pict. 4.1.1 - 4.1.2 - 4.1.3 - 4.1.4

2. Let sterilising agent run in time and manner indicated in its instructions.
3. Remove any excess sterilising agent.
4. Reset machine in its working order (see operating instructions).
Never touch the cutting edge of the blades for any reason whatsoever.
Replace used blades in a special container
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN
to use toxic products that may release noxious
elements to the health.
Blades must be stored in a dry place.
