TOOTHROLLER REPLACEMENT
a) Remove the blade holder.
b) Remove chain and pinion. (pict. 5.5.1)
c) Undo the screw on the right hand side of the machine.
(pict. 5.5.2)
d) Loosen the screw locking the bushing of the toothroller
(pict. 5.5.3)
e) Pull out the toothroller from the side of the pinion by
using the hammer extractor (pict. 5.5.4).
f) Remove the bushing from the toothroller (pict. 5.5.5) by
putting the extractor inside the M8 threaded hole.
g) Replace the toothroller, grease the bearings and put
back in reversed order.
