Before using the machine read the safety information and instructions with
special care (Sect.1)
Non-observance of these important instructions may cause accidents.
Do not connect machine to electric mains and pneumatic network until
it has been fully assembled and fixed in desired working position.
Before connecting up to power supply, check that mains voltage corresponds
to that given on machine's rating plate.
BEFORE OPERATING
see Pict. 1.5.1 - 2.8.1
After making sure that:
- machine is in the right work area.
- preliminary operations have been carried out, see Sect.2.3 "

- mains disconnecting switch and main switch 0-1 (

) of machine are turned onto position (O) (zero)
- blade holder unit (

) is tightened with the knobs (

) and is locked with blade fitted correctly,

- emergency button (

) is not pressed, otherwise pull it.
- rubber roller head protection (

) is closed.
Proceed connecting machine to electric mains and to pneumatic network. Start processing the
product in the following way:
- Activate switch on mains and main switch 0-1 (

) of machine by turning them onto position (

(one). At this stage signal lamp (

) lights on to signal that machine is powered up.
- Press start button (

) and run control test, see Sect.2.9 "

STARTING PROCESSING

Depending on product to be processed:
- set gap between rubber roller group (

) and blade edge with hight rubber roller unit button (

- by regulator (

), adjust rubber roller group (

) pressure exerted on the product.
Product to be processed should be layed with the part to be removed on the top of the infeed belt.
The machine carries out its cycle automatically.

Keep hands away from any moving parts.
Never touch the cutting edge of the blade for any reason whatsoever.
