Battery Replacement
Step 4: Refit Battery Unit
3 The battery unit’s blue casing is held
down with double-sided adhesive tape.
Slowly and gently peel the battery unit
away from the panel unit.
This has removed the battery unit.
Now proceed to Step 4: Refit Battery Unit .
Step 4: Refit Battery Unit
With the new, replacement battery unit:
1 Connect the twisted wires of the new battery unit to the 2-pin header-style connector.

2 Fasten the battery unit down with double-sided adhesive tape to the same position as
the removed battery unit.
This has refitted the battery unit.
Now proceed to Step 5: Panel Unit Reassembly .
Step 5: Panel Unit Reassembly
1 Relocate the rear cover and secure with the four fastening screws.
2 Refit both micro SD cards in their correct card slots.
If possible at this stage outside of the rack:
3 Apply DC power to the panel and check it is functioning.
Now proceed to Step 6: Re-Install in Rack .
