Unpacking
The ATP-2000 is supplied in dedicated packaging provided by the manufacturer and should
not be accepted if delivered in inferior or unauthorized materials.
1 Carefully unpack the components and check them against the listed items here:
• 1x ATP-2000 control panel unit.
• 1x Accessory box containing:
• 1x DC power supply module;
• AC power cords (1x US, 1x GB, 1x Eu); and
• 1x 5m Ethernet cable.
• 1x ATP-2000 Welcome Note.
If there is anything incorrect, then notify your Grass Valley Partner, or Grass Valley, at
once. (See
Grass Valley Technical Support , on page 69 .)
2 Check that the equipment has not been damaged in transit.
If any damage has occurred notify your Grass Valley Partner (or Grass Valley directly)
and the carrier immediately.
3 Always retain the original packing materials if possible, they could prove useful should
it ever be necessary to transport or ship the equipment.
4 Always read the installation and the user instructions carefully, it will provide you with
helpful hints and tips about care and maintenance and help you get the most out of
your ATP-2000 Advanced Touch Panel.
5 Place the unit on a suitable surface for preliminary inspection.
