Check arms and locking device for damages,cracks.

Mount o-ring on wash nozzles and mount the wash nozzles.
m Mount new bearings.

Check that the pins on the shafts that interlock with the wash arms are firmly
fastened. If not, secure it with centre punch in the centre of shaft.

Mount shaft on washer arm. Mount washer arm together with the shaft.

Check that the washer arms are firmly locked with the locking device.

Mount the washer and locking washers on the shafts.

Mount the rocker arms and remount the screws.
3. Dismount and clean the washer arm motor fan cover and remount it.
4. Replace the y-piece in the rinse system (18056, 6005171):
a
Check rinse hoses for damage exchange if necessary. (Normally not required)
b
Undo the three hose clamps and exchange the y-piece on top of machine (rinse
system).
c
Mount the new y-piece with new hose clamps.
5. Replace all rinse nozzles (20019):
