instructions in the previous section “Basic use of the device”.

Stirring, puréeing, cooking and heating
ATTENTION!
■
Scalding hazard due to hot steam and hot condensation!
Please note that hot
steam is emitted from the mixing bowl lid during operation. Be particularly careful
when removing the lid.
■
Burn hazard!
The metallic surface of the mixing bowl becomes hot during operation.
Only grasp it by the handle or use kitchen gloves.
■
Never heat up the mixing bowl without any contents.
■
To prevent boiling over, do not insert the measuring cup in the lid opening when boil-
ing ingredients (especially cream or milk). Also do not use other objects to cover the
lid opening!
■
Do not exceed speed level
5
when the stirring attachment is mounted to prevent the
stirring adapter from being damaged.
■
The spatula must not be inserted when using the stirring adapter.
■
Do not add any food that could damage or block the stirring adapter when the device
is running.
■
The stirring adapter must not be used for kneading dough to prevent damage to it.
■
Do not process more than 500 g of dough in the device to prevent overloading it. Do
not prepare a solid dough in the device (e.g. yeast dough).
If the contents of the mixing bowl have reached a temperature of 60 °C or more,
the possible speed levels are limited to
1
to
5.
At low speed levels, the ingredients are stirred constantly and gently to prevent them
from sticking and burning on. This function is particularly suitable for preparing soups,
pudding, sauces, milk rice, stews, dough etc. With speed level
5

the stirring adapter.
• Only use the cross-blade adapter for puréeing and select speed level

• Only use the cross-blade adapter to stir dough or meals with large pieces that could
jam the stirring adapter.

• Select a low speed level. Keep in mind that the speed level
5
