5. PREFERENCES
TV TYPE
(DEFAULT: PAL)
This player can play discs recorded in either PAL
or NTSC format. Select PAL format, when the
unit is connected to PAL TV. Select NTSC
format, when the unit is connected to NTSC TV.
Select AUTO format, TV output format from the
player will be set according to the format of the
material on the DVD disc.
VIDEO OUTPUT SELECTION
(DEFAULT: S-VIDEO)
Use this option to select the type of output to use
for the video output. Please note that whatever
the setting the SCART socket can always be
used.
AUDIO LANGUAGE
(DEFAULT: ENGLISH)
Select the default AUDIO language to be used
when viewing DVD. If the selected language is
not recorded on the disk, the default language on
the DVD will be heard.
SUBTITLE LANGUAGE
(DEFAULT: OFF)
Select the default SUBTITLE language to be
used when viewing DVD.
