Number of recordable images

The frame counter indicates the approximate number of images that can be stored on the SD card at the
camera's image quality and size settings. If the settings are changed, the frame counter adjusts accordingly.
The number of recordable images may vary depending on the recorded subject and the capacity of the
memory card, or if there are files other than images, or when recording is made while switching the picture
quality/resolution.

Zoom Control

This camera features two types of zooming, optical zooming and digital zooming.

Optical Zoom

Press the zoom key towards W, the subject will move the lens towards to the wide-angle position,
meaning zoom away from your subject.

Press the zoom key towards T will move the lens towards to the telephoto position,
meaning zoom in your subject.
