LAMINATION GUIDE
1. Do not use too thick paper at the nip point. The papers can not be removed from the rollers.
2. A sudden stop can make a mark on the laminating paper.
3. Generally thick paper or film are needed a slower speed and higher temperature.
4. Thin paper and film are needed a faster speed and lower temperature.
5. If you want a clear laminating result, laminating tests are needed using a similar paper or material
by that results, you can decide to select the rightful temp. and speed by setting.
6. Do not use other film except GMP laminating film. It can cause a machine disorder.
7. If the paper are not feeded into feeding table rightly, it can cause film crease.
8. When the laminating stickiness are not good, therefore the paper is not clear, you should speed down or raise the temp.
※ For the purpose of long term use.
- After laminating, separate the bottom and upper heat rollers.
- At the condition of heat roller warmed up and roller pressured, run rollers.
- When you left the machine for one hour, set the roller temp. to 0℃
