4.3 INSTALLATION
Important: This procedure should be carried out by an IT
operative with server ‘Administration Rights’.
The IMS Results Manager software package is supplied on the
following CD-ROM’s:
• GDU
net
IMS (Full Install) Software - Part No. 99590
• GDU net IMS (Upgrade) Software - Part No. 99591
To install the software on a PC / Laptop using Microsoft Windows
XP
TM
, Windows Vista
TM
or Windows 7
TM
platforms, proceed as
follows:
1. Insert GDU net CD-ROM into the appropriate CD drive in your
PC / Laptop.
The ‘Autoplay’ window should appear, displaying the ‘Open
folder to view files’ option, as illustrated in Fig 4-1.
Should the CD-ROM not run automatically, select ‘Start’ then
‘Computer’ to find the CD-ROM drive, then, double-click to
open.
The following window is displayed:
