perature. This is the only way to ensure
a long battery life.
Charger and the
can heat up during charging. This is nor-
mal and not a sign of a technical defect.
The
can be
charged at any time, regardless of
charge state. Premature interruption of
charging does not cause damage to the
battery. A protective circuit on the bat-
tery prevents depth discharge of battery.
The battery is equipped with tempera-
ture monitoring that only permits
charging over a temperature range
between 0 °C and 45 °C. This ensures a
long battery life.
Once the device has switched off auto-
matically, do not attempt to switch it
back on again. The battery can be dam-
aged. Note the details concerning dis-
posal of the battery.

ATTENTION
Improper use of the device poses a risk
of damage to property! You should
therefore observe the following safety
instruction:
The device must not be switched on
or operated during the charging
process!
The charging process starts as soon as
the plug from the charger
(U)
has been
plugged into the power outlet and the
charging plug is inserted into the
charging socket on the
.
Due to the intelligent charging method, the
charging condition of the battery is auto-
matically detected and the battery is
charged with the optimum charging cur-
rent, depending on battery temperature and
voltage. This gives longer life to the battery.
Indicator statuses:
The indicator on the charger is perma-
nently lit green when the charger
(U)
is
connected to the power.
The indicator on the charger is perma-
nently lit red when the charging plug is
plugged into the
and
is charging. When the indicator changes
from red to green, this signals that the bat-
tery is fully charged.
The charging process is indicated by a
running light in the charge status display
(B)
. If all 4 displays of the charge status
display
(B)
on the device are permanently
lit, the battery in the device is 99.9%
charged (see also chapter 7.4.4).
NOTE!
For technical reasons, the device is fully
charged at 99.9%, a 100% charge is not
required! This can still be achieved after a
longer charging time. The display on the
charger
(U)
only changes from red to
green when the charge is 100%.
Following a successful charging proce-
dure, first disconnect the charger plug
from the power outlet, then remove the
from the charger.

BEFORE COMMISIONING OBSERVE
CHAPTER 2 “FOR YOUR SAFETY”.
7.1 Attaching the add-on parts
-
Insert the pressure hose
(I)
into
the connection
(V)
on the
as shown in
the illustration. Then insert the
pressure hose
(I)
into the coupling
on the spray gun. All connections
must audibly click into place.
Now attach the spray pipe
(E)
to the
spray gun
(N)
as shown in the illustra-
tion. Secure the connection with the
union ring
(D)
so that it is finger-tight.
Then attach the “4 in 1 nozzle”
(F)
to
the spray pipe
(E)
as shown in the illus-
tration.
Mount the spray gun holder
(T)
on the
device as shown in the illustration.
