LCD backlit terminal display touch screen
Five types of keys:
a) 12-key, telephone-style keypad (keypads may vary in style)
b) Four ATM-style function keys, labeled F1 to F4, to the right on
the LCD screen
c) Four programmable function keys above the keypad on the
LCD screen
d) Three color-coded function keys below the keypad (cancel,
clear, enter)
e) An alpha key centered at the top of the keypad on the LCD
screen
Magnetic card reader, built into the right side
Internal thermal printer at the bottom of the terminal
Smart card reader, built into the front of the terminal
Connecting the Power Cord
Every Global Payments Countertop Duet
– VX820 terminal comes with
a micro USB power adapter that can used to plug into the Global
Payments Countertop Duet
– VX820 base or the terminal directly.
1. Insert the round barrel connector into the power port
2. Insert the AC power cord into the power pack
3. Plug the AC power cord into a wall outlet or powered surge
protector
