Fryer Operation

EOF-BIB/FFLT/24/24

1. Set the BIB unit Power Switch to the

position.

2. Press and hold both

Arrow Keys

⑤

for approximately ten (10) seconds until the Display

①

shows

F C

Within two (2) seconds, use the

Arrow Keys

to select the temperature unit of measure desired. The new setting

will become effective in three (3) seconds if no other keys are pressed. Within five (5) seconds, the Main Display
will blink and return to displaying actual temperature.

3. The appropriate

Temperature Unit Indicator

will illuminate to show the temperature unit of measure for the

displayed value. Changing this setting should rarely be required.
