Installation Checkout & Prep

Power test

The following check will confirm that the unit is properly powered. Perform this check for each unit.

EOF-BIB

The BIB unit does not have a Heat Switch; if the setpoint is higher than actual temperature, the heating elements

will turn ON when Power Switch is placed in ON position. Turn Power Switch OFF immediately after confirming

power-up. Since there is no water in the BIB vat, leaving the switch ON could create a potential for burn injury, or

damage the heating elements.
