Connect the two 2-pin connectors to the field wiring board.

Connect the D-Box board transformer.

Ensure that the new configuration does not affect the D-Box jumper settings. For information
on jumper settings, refer to
“Appendix B: Configuring Distribution Boards”

Power up the D-Box by connecting AC power to the D-Box lid, and connecting the lid output
to the D-Box. If the box does not power up, verify that the switch on the lid is in the ON
position. When the unit is properly powered up, the board in the lid and the LEDs on the field
wiring board are lit. Additionally, the D-Box boards will be powered up.

Lift the lid assembly off the hasp panel and close the completed assembly.

Connect the RJ-45 connector from the Applause Media System Server or other high-speed
data source. Check with the customer to confirm specific connectivity requirements;
otherwise, any available port may be used.
