Temporarily hang the lid assembly onto the tabs on the lip of the chassis.

Remount the field wiring tray, initially tilting it out to connect the 8-pin connectors and the
two connections to the tray.

Configure D-Box jumpers as necessary. For more information, refer to
“Appendix B: Configuring Distribution Boards”
on

Power up the D-Box by connecting AC power to the D-Box lid, and connecting the lid output
to the D-Box. If the box does not power up, verify that the switch on the lid is in the ON
position. When the unit is properly powered up, the board in the lid and the Light Emitting
Diodes (LEDs) on the field wiring board will be lit. Additionally, the D-Box boards will also
be powered up.

Verify that the two-wire communication is established.

Lift the lid assembly off the tab panel and close the completed assembly.

Connect the RJ-45 connector from the Applause Media System Server or other
high-speed data source.
