Activating/deactivating two-way record
You can record an
external
call with the answering machine.
Prerequisite:
You are conducting an external call:

Inform the caller that the call is being recorded.

Select and press

Two-way record is indicated on the display by an advisory text and is added to the
answering machine list as a new message.

Press the display key to stop two-way record.

If the connection used for the call is assigned to an answering machine as a
receive connection, the call is recorded by this answering machine.

If the connection is not assigned to an answering machine as a receive connec-
tion, the call is recorded by

If the answering machine that is supposed to record the call is busy with another
call, the message
Currently not possible
is displayed. You hear the end tone.
The maximum recording time depends on the memory available on the answering
machine. If the memory is full, you will hear an end tone, the recording is aborted,
and the call recorded up to that point is listed in the answering machine list as a
new message.
Activating/deactivating call screening
During recording of a message you can screen a call via the handset loudspeaker.
