Storage of the substitution correction
factor is accomplished using standard
Windows procedures. It is recom-
mended to use the DUT model or iden-
tification number in the file name.
To activate the substitution correction
factor for following measurements
check ON (1) under
Substitution Cor-
rection Factor.
Several substitution correction factors
for different DUT models can be evalu-
ated during one session.
To finish the substitution routine the
auxiliary lamp should switched off.
Lamp will power off after a few seconds
under the power supply off ramp func-
tion. Do not switch the lamp off without
using the ramp function to avoid micro
cracks in the lamp filament.
