1. Wiring problem:

•  AUXILIARY POWER was not 

connected when LOOP power started.

•  The sensor is not connected properly.
•  The sensor cable is detached.

2.  The sensor has not been con

 gured.

3.  The sensor is defective.

1.  Start AUX power, then LOOP power.
2.  Check sensor wiring.
3.  Perform SENSOR CONFIGURATION in 

CALIBRATE menu.

4.  Replace the sensor, then perform 

SENSOR CONFIGURATION.

No Relay Module Found

•  External Relay Module wiring is loose.
•  Relay module has been disconnected.
•  Relay module has been replaced.
•  Relay module is defective.

2.  Reset SENSOR CONFIGURATION
3.  Replace External Relay Module.

External Relays require the optional External Relay Module (model number 3-8059-4 or 3-8059-4AC).

• 

Note: When using the 8059-4 or -4AC, only relays 1 and 2 can be utilized with the fl ow instrument.
