Main components of the pump (Ref. to Fig. 2):
1 - CONTROL BUTTON (
only for expansion operation
)
Rocker type button, to be used exclusively for the expansion
process.
Push forward once to wake up the pump and turn on the display
(starting from display OFF).
With the display is already ON, push forward to begin the auto-
matic expansion cycle.
2 - STRAP FASTENING RING to attach the shoulder strap and
transport the pump.
3 - OLED DISPLAY switches on automatically when the operating or pressure release buttons are
pressed, and off after 60 seconds of non-operation.
4 - CAPACITIVE TOUCH BUTTON for menu selection allows selection of various screens only when
the display is on (Ref. to § 4).
Do not apply pressure to or stab at the touch button (4), a light touch using a bare finger is
sufficient. The command pulse is sent when the finger releases the button.
The capacitive menu selection button may not work if touched using objects or when
wearing gloves, therefore always operate it using a bare finger.
5 - SWIVEL ATTACHMENT, enables the rotation of the hose to the most convenient position for
the operator (Ref. to Fig. 4).
6 - AUTOMATIC QUICK COUPLER enables connection of the hydraulic hose to the tool.
In order to attach it, simply push it firmly. To disconnect it, pull the ring back.
7 - FLEXIBLE HOSE length 2 m specific for high pressure, provided with automatic quick coupler.
8 - MECHANICAL PRESSURE RELEASE to be pressed fully if needed to get the oil back to the pump
tank regardless of the battery’s charge level (Ref. to Fig. 4).
9 - CONNECTOR FOR ELECTRIC CONTROL (
only for bending operation
)
Allows one to attach the cable coming from the bending tool and activate the pump using
the control button on the same tool.
10 - BATTERY RELEASE DEVICE, to lock/unlock the battery, press the device and push the battery
downward to unlock it (Ref. to Fig. 3). Insert a battery from the bottom by sliding it into the
side guides until it locks.
11 - OIL FILLER CAP, for accessing the pump’s oil tank.
12 - HANDLE, for the safe and balanced transport of the pump.
