• FREEZE
With the Freeze function, users can temporarily freeze the present picture if
necessary. During movement to a preset position the picture stands frozen until
the preset position is reached.
• APERTURE
Under this setup menu, users can adjust enhancement of the edges of objects in
the picture.
There are 16 levels of adjustment; the options are <01> ~ <16>; <01> represents
"no enhancement". When shooting text, this function could make it sharp.
• STABILIZER
User can switch on the image stabilizer function (select <ON>) to reduce image
blurring caused by vibration or other circumstances. A correction effect of
approximately 90% can be achieved for a vibration with frequency around 10 Hz.
The angle of view and resolution will be changed while sensitivity is maintained,
because the image stabilizer function employs the digital zoom system. The
default setting is <OFF>.
• STABLE ZOOM
With the Stable Zoom function, image stabilization starts naturally without
bringing an abrupt change to the horizontal angle of view. An equivalent of 33x
optical zoom is possible with Stable Zoom activated. The default setting is
<OFF>.
• EXIT
Exit the SETUP MENU 1 and go back to the
MAIN
PAGE 1
to set other functions
under the setup menu 1.
