Sets the IP address of the Matrix Controller. The IP address must be entered using

dot-decimal notation. The Matrix Controller must be rebooted after executing this

command. The default IP address for the control port (LAN 1) is

192.168.1.74

The default IP address for the video port (LAN 2) is

192.168.1.75
