Convert WORD to UINT
These functions convert the input data into the equivalent single-precision
unsigned integer (UINT) value, which it outputs to Q.
The conversion to UINT does not change the original data. The output data
can be used directly as input for another program function, as in the
example.
The function passes the converted data to Q, unless the resulting data is
outside the range 0 to +65,535.
