Open the hydraulic outlet (HO).

1

Open the mobile phase bottom valve (MPB).

2

Start the packing pump at a flow rate of 50%. The water or unpacking buffer
will enter the column through the mobile phase bottom opening. Hydraulic
liquid will be removed from the hydraulic chamber through the hydraulic
outlet and the adapter will move upwards.
