V. Setting Up Tours
1. Remove the tags from the ProxiPen kit. Included with the kit are:
QTY./TAG STYLE
SUGGESTED USAGE
(5) larger 50mm tags
Start tags
to begin each tour
(25) smaller 30mm tags
Control point tags
for each point in the tour
(3) types of identification tags:
•
a wristband tag
•
a pendant tag
•
an RFID card
Identification tags
for personnel
2. Determine how many tours will be hosted
(up to 16 with WinDAU Standard and up to 99 with
WinDAU Enterprise Edition) and label one start tag (i.e. with masking tape) for each tour that will
be defined. This will be a temporary identifier until the tags are placed in their permanent
physical location.
