Retract / position controls.
If you are using the Gemini RAW recorder (optional),
position the rear controls as shown prior to mating the Rear Shell.
Mate the shell.
Position the shell at the rear and gently move forward over the
camera to mate with the Front Shell.
CAUTION: AVOID OBSTRUCTIONS.
The Rear Shell should insert freely, without
obstruction. If obstructions or resistance are encountered, stop. Remove the
camera, find the cause of the obstruction, and try again.
If you are using the Gemini RAW
recorder, perform the following before
mating the Rear Shell to the Front
Shell.
1) Pull out the Record / Stop
control;
2) Rotate (do not pull out) the
Function / Light control to the
position shown;
3) Rotate (do not pull out) the Menu
/ Cancel control to the position
shown.
