The detector contains no user-serviceable parts. In the event the detector has been damaged or

is deemed to not be working properly, it should be returned to the manufacturer for repair. For

Gastech

Communicator Software

The

Gastech

Communicator software can be used to configure and monitor the F-Guard-IR3 flame

detector. The software communicates using Modbus over an RS-485 port to the detector. Modbus

commands enable the user to configure parameters and monitor the status of the detector. For details

of how to download the software and be sent a copy of the manual please contact technical support via

email at [email protected].
