Transmission oil change
El aceite de transmisión debe cambiarse periódicamente para asegurar la vida
del motor.
1. Heat the engine for 5 minutes, in order to li
ft
all sediments.
2. Stop the engine and put a container under the motorcycle.
3.
Remove the emptying screw (see “Checking the oil level”) and put the bike
in the use posi
ti
on to allow the complete oil drain.
4. Remove
the
fi
ller plug to ensure a be
tt
er draining (3).
5. Clean perfectly the drain plug magnet.
6. Tighten the oil emptying screw with its o ring, at 20 Nm.
7. Take
o
ff
the
fi
lling plug (see “Checking the oil level”) and put new trans-
mission oil.
8. Check the oil level, a
ft
er powering the kick-starter for 3 or 4
ti
mes.
9. Screw the oil
fi
lling plug.

9.-CYLINDER HEAD, CYLINDER, EX. VALVE
For this check, adjustment, or change, you must go to your

10.-EXHAUST SYSTEM
Exhaust and mu
ffl
er reduces noise and lead gases away from the rider.
If the exhaust is damaged oxidized, beaten, or cracking, change it to a new one.
Change the silencer
fi
ber if the noise is becoming too high or the engine perfor-
mance decreases.
Exhaust cleaning
For the cleaning of the exhaust pipe you must go to your
GAS GAS

ffi
cial ser-
vice.

er change
1. Remove the bolt (1) of the le
ft
fairing.
2. Remove the bolt (2) of the mu
ffl
er (3) and take out by pulling backwards.
3. Disengage the mu
ffl
er (arrow) .
4. Change the mu
ffl
er and reassembly all parts.
