11.-MUFFLEER FIBER
The Mu ffl er on your GAS GAS is a silencer of absorp ti on. The absorbent element
is the silencer fi ber. If you no ti ce an increase in exhaust noise should proceed to
change the Mu ffl er fi ber.
Mu ffl er fi ber change
Once dismantled the silencer, (see “Mu ffl er change”). Remove the 4 bolts (1).
1. Get out the mu ffl er front end.
2. Change the mu ffl er fi ber (2) by wrapping it in the inner tube.
3. Insert the fi ber around the exhaust pipe (3) in the rear of the silencer.
4. Reassembly all parts.
