still cannot cut the trunk, it means that this exceeds
permissible hardness so trunk should be discarded
and thus prevent damage to the machine.
Note: Is strictly forbidden to use the bandsaw by two
people with a clamping trunk and the other pressing
the levers. Locking a lever (to only having to operate
with lever) is also prohibited.
6.1. LOG CUTTING
1. Follow the steps in point 5.3. “Start-up”.
2. Place the trunk on the work table. Make sure the
trunk does not become kinked, move or slip while
they are being cut.
3. Simultaneously press both the hydraulic control
levers downThis machine has 2 working speeds
that are regulated by pressing the levers more
intensely.
4. Break the trunk.
5. Stop pressing the levers so that the blade is
removed.
6. Once work is complete, follow the steps in point 5.4.
7. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Do not attempt to perform adjustments on the
machine if it is running. Perform all maintenance of
the machine with it placed on a flat, cleared, and
steady surface.
WARNING! Do not modify the machine or cutting
elements (blade). Improper use of these elements can
cause SERIOUS PERSONAL DAMAGE OR DEATH.
Removing the security devices, improper
maintenance, or replacements with non-original spare
parts can result in bodily harm.
Perform regular inspections on the machine in order
to ensure efficient operation of the machine. For a
complete service checkup, we recommend taking the
machine to your service technician.
Use only suitable replacement for this machine in
order to obtain a proper performance of the machine.
This replacement can be found in the official
distributors of the machine. The use of other spare
parts can cause risks, damage to the user, people
around and the machine.
7.1. MAINTENANCE AND CARE AFTER USE
Perform the following maintenance operations
and care when you have finished working with
the machine to ensure the smooth running of this
machine in the future.
7.1.1. GENERAL CHECKPOINTS
Check the machine and look for loose parts (screws,
nuts, shells, etc.) and damage. Tighten, repair or
replace the parts you found in poor condition. Make
sure there are no leaks or loss of oil. Do not use the
machine if it is damaged or improperly adjusted.
7.1.2. SHARPENING THE BLADE
After using the bandsaw for some time, if you see
the blade has dulled, sharpen it using a soft and fine-
toothed file.
7.1.3. CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL
- Place the machine on a horizontal, uncluttered flat
surface.
