Daily Inspection & log Entries
1. - Check the log that no one has taken the
unit out of service.
2. - After the unit is determined to be in
service enter the date and time in the daily
log and begin your inspections.
Walk around unit and look for problems.
- damaged tubing
- damaged fittings
- fill hoses that are damaged or worn.
- containment drawer not operating
properly.
- any new undocumented damage of any
kind.
If any problems are found that could effect
the safe operation of the unit take the unit
out of service and report the problem to
service personnel.
Document any actions taken in daily log.
3. - All access panels must be in place.
4. - Place Your initials in the operator
column.
5. - Unit can now be used.
6. - While unit is in use listen and look for
air leaks. If an air leak is detected take the
unit out of service. Report leak to the
service personnel.
High pressure air leaks can be very
dangerous.
7. - Document any actions, concerns or
observations in the “Comments” column of
the daily Log.
8. - When unit is shut down record time out
in the “comments” column
