TEMPERATURE BUTTON
Can be set from 0 °C to 270 °C
Default value for temperature: 100 °C
During a cooking cycle, it is possible to vary the data
set by
pressing the temperature button again. At this point,
the display flashes and data entry is repeated.
COOKING TIME
Can be set from 0.00 to 9.59
default value: 000
Holding down the button activates the pre-heating
function, described below.
Use the
+ and - buttons to select the cooking time in
hours and minutes.
Decreasing the time below 000 enters infinite cooking
mode and the display reads
INF. In this phase, the
oven works for an infinite time.
Conversely, increasing from the infinite cooking mode
goes back to the minimum time.
To return to the cooking time function, set the time
display back to 000.
PRE-HEATING
Holding down the time button activates the pre-heating
function.
Pre-heating is activated when in manual mode or
during the creation/modification of the first phase of
a program, instead of the time, the display shows the
message “PRE”.
Starting cooking by pressing the START button, the
oven starts to operate and, once it reaches the set
temperature, the oven sounds until the door is opened.
When the door is closed again, if a program was in
place, the next phase of the program is automatically
started. If, on the other hand, the oven was in manual
mode, the data is cleared and the user has to enter the
data again.
Pressing the time button again returns to the display to
000, pre-heating is disabled.
HUMIDITY BUTTON
Can be set from 0 to 100
Default 00
Example of times:
100% = 60 sec. on
50% = 30 sec. on and 30 sec. off
10% = 6 sec. on and 54 sec. off
The display flashes the default value 0. Use the
+ and
- buttons to enter the data. During a cooking cycle, it is
possible to vary the data set by pressing the humidity
button again. At this point, the display flashes and data
entry is repeated.
